The San Mateo Toyonaka Sister City Association (SMSCA) was established to promote good relations, educate and build bonds between two very unique cultures. Through continual communication starting with our youth, these lasting relationships strengthen in such a way that can incite greater opportunities today, tomorrow, forever.
